How do I tell if my car is a vn ss what numbers should I look for all I know my car is a v6 phoenix red has fe2 suspension built 7/1989 whayt should the last 3 digits be

I always tell by the vin numbers the v6 and v8 had different numbers on the body & option plate first 3 digets=6h8 are to say that its a holden the next 2 are to say what model code it is eg 6h8vsx19hsl123456 that letter after 9 tells you what engine it should have in it h=v6 u=v8 s=supercharged hope this helps

Build plate in engine bay, code should be A9G for Manual, A9F for Auto
Also pull the carpet up on the passenger side front and you should find your build sheet (if someone has not found it before you) and this should tell you all you need to know
 

What's the difference between understeer and oversteer?
Understeer is when the driver is scared.
Oversteer is when the passenger is scared.

o shoot sorry the vin number i was talking about is called the
i.s.o.v.i.n you can find these letters and numbers at the bottom of your windscreen on the passenger side
