My head unit has 1 RCA out. My amp has 2 RCA inputs.
I havent received my amp yet but is it ok to somehow split the RCA with connectors so I will be able to plug into both inputs on the amp or will this cause problems?
Should not cause any problem except you wont be able to use the fade function on your head unit. Your RCA outputs pretty much just send a signal to your amp which your amp then converts into the sound you hear from your speakers. I have used them to split 1 stereo output into 2 different amps before without any drama's
What's the difference between understeer and oversteer? Understeer is when the driver is scared. Oversteer is when the passenger is scared.
ah ok thanks man, dont need to fade as its a 3600 watt 4 channel amp, just going to run 2 channels to each side cos its dual voice coil. hope its not too much power for 1 sub

you wont be able to use the fade effect but about connectors you can get one for dse(dick smith electronics) there only about 3 to 5 bucks its a male to a double female there is one like this http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41MR44V9FVL._AA280_.jpg or here from dse
May i ask what sort of amp it is and which arm you sold to buy it??
it was pretty cheap, and i made a misteak as its only 3200 watts not 3600 and thats max power so id guess its 1600 watts rms, 400 watts rms per channel.
you can find them on ebay, i got this one for 50 bucks but have seen them bid as low as $31 and won and seen bids as high as $110
