MY VN V6 keeps coming up with code 23 have changed MAT sensor no difference keeps coming back have also tried another ECU also it doesnt seem to have the fast idle on cold start

I'm having the code 23 issue too. Can't figure out why it pops up. Did anyone figure this out?
